Robin Hepburn

With twenty years' experience, Robin is a specialist in financial and corporate communications with a background in commercial banking. He is a skilled board level adviser who has acted in all corporate situations. He was chief executive of one of the UK's largest financial communications agencies before founding Waughton. Robin is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

Bill Spears

Bill has extensive international experience of corporate, financial and brand communications having worked in-house for companies including Guinness, Cunard Line and Amadeus. Before joining Waughton, he was Vice President of Investor and Public Relations for the Russian mining and metals group Siberian-Urals Aluminium. Bill has an MBA (Finance) from the Cass Business School and a BA from the School of Oriental & African Studies (London University). He is a member of the Investor Relations Society and speaks fluent Spanish.

Richard Sermon

Richard is Chairman of Waughton and Chairman of Gryphon Corporate Counsel, which has interests in a range of consultancy businesses involved in corporate governance, executive search, and public affairs. He has served as a director of a number of publicly quoted and private companies and as Public Relations Adviser to Goldman Sachs International.
